How far in advance should I book?

To ensure we can accommodate your transfer as best as possible, please book as early as possible. We require at least 48 hours notice prior to travel to ensure we can accommodate for your schedule.

How do I book a transfer?

To book your transfer you need to fill out the online booking form, select your vehicle from the fleet, checkout using your preferred email and complete payment. The booking is only confirmed when you receive a booking reference number.

How close to my flight time can I make a booking?

We need 48 hours notice prior to the flight to ensure we can accommodate for your travel.

How do I pay for my transfer?

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay using PayPal and Stripe.

Do I need to print out my receipt?

No,you will not need to print out a receipt. Upon confirming the booking and payment, you will receive an email confirmation of the booking.

Is the transfer service wheelchair friendly?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate for wheelchairs at the moment however, we continue to explore different options going forward.

Can you pickup passengers from multiple flights for the same booking?

Depending on how close the flights arrive, we can accomodate for multiple passengers. This is provided that the booking is made at least 48 hours before arrival.

My flight arrival time has changed, what will happen with my airport pickup?

Please advise us as soon as possible and we can re-arrange the transfer service.

Do you supply car seats?

We can provide infant car seats where it is safe to do so on request and for a small, additional fee.
